ABH Modern Renaissance

“Makeup is not a tool meant to make an ugly thing beautiful. It is meant only to magnify the beauty that already exists.”

Oh, the ABH Modern Renaissance palette. These 14 shades of amazing powder shadows will help you produce masterpieces that Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci would be proud of. I have thoroughly enjoyed this palette on all sorts of looks from daytime to nighttime, simple to eccentric. Each shade is highly pigmented where you only need to dab your brush into the palette to receive an amazing amount of color. However, that isn’t the only benefit you get with this palette. These shadows are also easy to blend! So easy that I have been able to use all of the colors over the past few months since purchasing it in August. I honestly was worried that I wouldn’t use all the colors. I was definitely wrong. In addition to being an overall amazing palette, MR is also good with being a transitional palette to help you experiment outside of your comfort zone.

The MR also comes with a dual-ended brush. I have been able to create looks with only using this brush. One end is extremely soft and fluffy to help buff and blend out the shadows. The other end is a soft flat brush with helps more with precision.

I highly recommend in investing in this palette. Even if you only could save up for one. This is THE ONE.  Worth every single penny. The MR costs $42 and you can get it at Ulta, Sephora, or on ABH website.
